Q: How can I contact my physician?

A: Please click on the "I Want To" link to the left of this page. Then click on the "Send a message to My Doctor" link, type your message and click send. Please remember that certain Internet browsers limit you on the amount of characters you can type in the message box. If you are receiving an error message after you try to send, try and shorten your message and send again.

Q: How can I see my lab results?

A: Under the “I Want To” click on "Request My Test Results".  Complete the information and someone from our office will reply to your message as soon as possible.  You may also click on "View My Chart" under the "I Want To" link.  This will show you your personal information, a list of your medications and pharmacy, lab results and immunizations.

Q: How can I schedule an appointment?

A: Please click on the "I Want To" link.  Then click on the "Request an appointment" link.  Then fill out the appointment request and someone at our appointment desk will reply to your request as soon as possible.

Q: How long does it take for someone to reply to my messages/appointment requests?

A: Please give us 1-2 business days to reply to your messages. If you need a same day appointment please call the office at (865)305-9350. If you are having an emergency, please call 911 immediately; do not send a secure message to your physician!

Q: What do I do if I find a page that does not work properly?

A: Contact our office at (865)305-9350.

Q: How do I send a document to my doctor?

A: Click on the "I Want To" link in the left hand menu.  Click on the "Send a Document to My Doctor" link under the Other Actions section located on the left side of the screen.

Q: I've tried to log in using my password but it will not let me log in.  What do I need to do?

A: Try the reset your password link.  If that does not work, call the office at (865)305-9350 to speak to the Patient Portal Administrator to reset your password.


Help for New Users


Q: I need help with my registration on the Patient Portal.  Is there a help document that will give me the step by step process?

A: Yes.  Click here to go to our registration help document.  This will give you a Word document to download that gives you a step by step process to complete your registration.  Visit our Portal Registration page for additional help.

Q: I tried to complete my registration with my PIN, but it says that it could not find a match.

A: Make sure that you enter only your first name (do not enter your middle name or middle initial) in the first name field and only your last name in the last name field.  Highlight the PIN in the secure message and copy the PIN.  Then paste it into the PIN field.  Enter your date of birth.  Your first name and last name will need to match exactly what we have in our system.  If you are still having problems, please contact the office at (865)305-9350 to speak to the Patient Portal Administrator to complete your registration.
